James Davis is CEO of Upad.co.uk – the UK’s largest online letting agency. 14 years’ as a residential landlord showed James just how time-consuming and expensive finding a tenant and managing a property could be. Kevin has been a property investor since he tackled his first refurb project in 1983 and bought his first BTL in 1985. In 2002 he bought a plot of land in Turkey and entrusted a Turkish friend to build a house on it for him.

Kevin has been giving financial advice since 1992, specialising in the property sector for the last 10 years. He is known for providing creative, yet legal, ways to buy property and build portfolios
