Property Climber specialises in bringing like minded investors together to share tips and tricks of the trade. Property Climber has been running since 2009 and we meet up every last Thursday of the month.
Join us every last Thursday of the month on our Leicester Investors meet, We offer an informal but great networking night. This is a great networking event for you and your business to develop links in industry. Attendees include like minded forward thinking individuals from various professional backgrounds willing to share there wealth of knowledge during the evening.

The cost is £20 entrance or £15 when booked online. It includes a night of networking, a variety of sizzling starters and buffet choice of mains(Veg and non-veg) FOLLOWED BY TEAS AND COFFEES to end the evening.

Rajesh Gohil

Rajesh DM Gohil founder of Inspect Property Ltd - Chartered Surveyors, a Leicester based Surveying company. (www.inspectproperty.co.uk) and the Host & co-founder of Leicester Investors Currynight.
After studying in Nottingham on academic construction based courses he gained a BSc(Hons) Residential Development and two Diplomas in Architecture and Energy. This naturally led him into the property world. At the start of his career he won the national award for Best integrated Project from Cala Homes back in 2002.
He holds wide building industry experience and professional qualifications with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow status with the Association of Building Engineers. He is currently the youngest fellow holder in the whole of the UK branch. Rajesh is also a RICS Registered Valuer. Prior to setting up Inspect Property Ltd in January 2007 Rajesh has worked in several national property management roles for Carlsberg UK, Gaz de France and Dunelm Mills.
On a daily basis now Rajesh manages his national portfolio of properties, ranging from Preston to Peckham and his team of surveyors working for Inspect Property. Inspect Property Ltd specialises in RICS surveys, Energy Performance certificates, RICS Valuations, Dilapidation Reports, and general property survey report production whether commercial or residential.
Hitesh Morjaria aka Hits
Property developer and Landlord, Host and co founder of LICN
Hits got his first job in the hotel catering industry at the age of 14 and by 20 he had worked his way up into management. This involved a lot of travelling throughout the country, troubleshooting outlets that required implementation of management systems to improve efficiency.
While living in Florida, Hits worked for several blue chip companies while slowly building his property portfolio. Without any financial assistance or outside help, He managed to buy 1 – 2 houses a year and by the age of 26 he had left his job to pursue his first true love – property.
Now a full time property developer, Hits proudly boasts a portfolio valued at over £4m. Having achieved this through hard work and persistence, he truly believes that success is attainable to everyone, provided the right guidance and a bit of luck.
On a daily basis, Hits looks for the best deals to increase his portfolio and help others achieve the same.
